I was admitted as a Solicitor in 1994 and I’ve worked at Murdoch Lawyers since 2004. I have been a Director at Murdochs since 2009 and have practiced exclusively in Family Law for over 20 years. I am a Nationally Accredited Mediator and Collaboratively Trained Professional.
I work between both the Toowoomba and Brisbane offices, and also travel regularly to assist clients in many other locations Australia wide. I have extensive experience in all facets of Family Law and legal issues that arise from relationship breakdowns.
My specialisation includes Binding Financial Agreements, complex family trusts or company arrangements, representing third parties and advising trustee’s in bankruptcy who have been joined into property disputes. I assist parties in obtaining or defending Domestic Violence Orders.
I work regularly with people involved in farming ventures, mining, earthmoving, transport, building and construction, fisheries and general business. I have also represented parties in overseas international and interstate relocation cases.
I have proudly been the President of the University of Southern Queensland Cricket Club Toowoomba for the last 3 years and have coached several junior representative cricket teams in the region.
